GE 200 : Disappointment

I used Mooer GE 200 for about a year and could not recommend it. I jam with friends once a week so I was looking for compact and enjoyable thing. After reading and watching reviews on Youtube I was convinced. However, I didn't manage to like Mooer after using for about a year. I start with cons:

1) It gets lost in a mix. The other guitarist plays acoustics, and my guitar just disappears even with FRFR. Very frustrating. (No such problem with real amp or even my digital Digitech Trio!).

2) Clean tones are very dull even in comparison with my solid state beginner's Marshall. Yes, it always sounds somewhat like the tone your after, but then feels fake. Distortion is ok.

Many people claim to get great tone from it. Maybe, but I believe my own ears: I bought Marshall DLS5 with a Greenback, and (cranked) it immediately sounded unbelievably more musical than Mooer.

I believe all this "digital" hype is just marketing (e.g. guitar vloggers want to sell presets etc.) as margin on these things may be higher than on analogue gear. But I have no desire to not buy any ampsim or Mooer product soon.
