Les Paul Modern FPB : the bangiest bang for the buck

Ok, I've been playing it for 10 months and overall, I'm pretty happy with this guitar.

My biggest concern was the wood drying and I still cannot be sure how the it will behave in the future, but the last winter was pretty cold, the air was pretty dry and so far, so good.

I had been looking for a Les Paul\Single Cut guitar for a while: LTDs, Guibson Studios, Japanese replicas - nothing clicked with me really. This one just fit my criteria: it's not really light like LTDs or Stuidos, but it's also not Custom heavy - it is something in the middle. It provides a variety of sounds (although coil-splits sound a bit dinlky, it's fine in a gig situation and you can also combine different pickups in different modes). The most annoying thing so far is caps getting of the nobs when you trying to activate coil-split.

Overall the quality is pretty good and I personally prefer this one over Studios
