DACCAPO : A quality piece of gear from a well-known manufacturer
A rock-solid little box that's built like a tank and does what it's supposed to . I recorded some guitar (passive PUPs) using the Palmer PAN02 as DI through a Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 USB-preamp/interface, then reamped the tracks using the Daccapo. I took great care in matching the output level with the actual output of the guitar and achieved fantastic results. My approach in signal level adjustment is to use the Daccapo's passive "level" knob as little as possible and instead tweak it using the 2i2. No noticable coloration.
