Neon Green NGB-45 : Great optic, but limitations on sound

First of all , I bought these strings only because of the bright color. I love the green and it shows on my black bass very well !

What based on the color is really awesome that they are UV-active and with black light shine literally in the dark!

The color holds well, even if you play with a pick. At the frets went after about 2 weeks the color on the bottom off , but you'd never see. Also the surface of the strings was brighter. Maybe by the sweat of your fingers. It now looks after almost 2 months , which frets to play often .

The sound is fine. The A-string is a bit weak in the deep frets , and I can say here is that it definitely is not on bass, since I do not have the problem with other strings. Maybe it is because of the alloy , the sound is felt somewhat weaker.

The feel is a little strange in the beginning , because the surface is relatively rough . Feels like an old eraser :)

Conclusion: look: awesome! Sound and feel: well!

My next strings would be the DR Lorider.
