AT2020 : Really great budget all rounder

I have owned this now for a couple of years, and have recorded loads of different parts with it. On vocals it rings clear and breathy. Rather thick in bass tones, but who doesn’t lo cut vox tracks? Where it really blew me away was recording my Martin acoustic, just restrung. The combination just ZINGED! Just a smidge of compression on the desk, and good to go.

It compares favourably against the Rode NT-2A I used to own, but got ‘misplaced’.
