Snare Tune Up Kit 14" HD Dry : Almost perfect
Iâm a big fan of these tune up kits - albeit theyâre not exactly great value for money theyâre very handy when servicing snare drums on the fly /outside of a workshop. This particular one is very good at its particularly job - the dry batter head takes a lot of ring and rattle out of any shell and increases the top-side projection a little which can be great for recording sessions - especially at really low or really high tuning ranges. Brilliant! Only issue is for longer hauls the HD Dry isnât the most durable head and dies off a bit quicker than something like the UV1 - which is personally my vote for snare batters.
