SM 7 B : Legendary sound, needs lots of gain

I use the Shure SM 7 B for making videos on YouTube, Streaming on Twitch and also simply talking via TeamSpeak. I have paired it together with a FetHead to provide additional gain, as it required more than my audio interface can offer without adding too much noise.

The sound quality of this microphone is simply legendary. It also has a presence boost toggle and low frequency cut off, which I have enabled to get a bit more clearer audio from it.

What I also really like is the built in arm/stand that attaches to the microphone arm. It simply allows for better adjustment and makes it easy to use in a variety of places, for example when streaming to have it slightly offset so it does not cover your entire face.

Overall I am extremely happy with my purchase and won't be upgrading to anything else in the near future.
