A dedicated FL Studio controller

After using it for a couple of months I can say it made my workflow easier because it was made to be mapped correctly to the FL Studio software.

From the basic tasks of starting and stopping and recording, to playing some lines on its keyboard I`m fully satisfied.

Much better than you think.

If you use an M1 Mac, this thing will currently not work at all even though it's recognised, but if you run FL using Rosetta it works perfectly.

Some people say it's aimed towards beginners and while I'd agree, I know and use all of FL shortcuts and still found this controller to be very useful for some tasks. However I probably wouldn't buy this if you have perfect pitch, an insane knowledge of music theory and already own a sequencer. If you don't and you use FL, get this.

As a matter of fact I wish this was the first controller I ever bought because as much as other controllers have their use, this one would have saved me a lot of time. I feel like a lot of the reviews and content created around this controller barely scratches the surface.

Also works fine with Ableton Live !

This controller is actually designed to control FL Studio, but with the right plugin (Crossfire), you are able to use this device to it's full potential within Ableton. I love it !

Overall a good controller for FL Studio; one that is natively supported without any configuration required.

The main advantage is the step sequencer which is a breeze to use via the numerous pads.

However, note mode is quite hard to use as pads are small, and do not respond that well.

I also like the two user modes that allow you to map the four knobs to whatever you want in FL Studio.

I would recommend this controller to anyone serious about FL Studio.
