Faulty twice

I bought two MPC studio due to good price and software license included however 2 out of 2 were defected. Some pads not working. Unfortunately I live abroad and it’s impossible to get them serviced so it’s basically wasted money, if it was 1 defected I could understand but 2 out of 2 is crazy

Only works with mpc software

Not universal what a joke it’s embarrassing to sell this
