AKG WMS 40 Mini Vocal ISM2

Just perfect if you don't have particular needs

I use it in animation / party context, just perfect.

Pros:

You can operate with it for many hours, I use rechargeable batteries and it never let me down.

Also the sound quality is good, I tried to record some vocals with it and it's okey. Long cable for the receiver.

Cons:

The switch button for the on/off on the mic is difficult to use, I have some kind of callus on my thumb now, due to the use.

In party context you need to switch it off when you are not using it, so remember that with this one it's not that simple switching it off.

Quality and affordable!

Work with it several times. Quite good for speech...long distance working.

Great for the price

This is a great wireless microphone if you're on a budget but want quality. No need to fork out big money on the more expensive Sennheisers of this world when this AKG does the job. Clear sound, nice weight, excellent!

Not a bad mic for the money, but

Great range and very sensitive, clear sound, fab for vocals, but, can be noisy on handling. The mic casing is hard plastic and picks up any handling noise, if you hold it tight it's great, but if you move it around in your hand, you will hear every movement. Saying that, for the money, the sound in general is crystal clear and powerful.

Very nice wireless microphone!! It's price is amazing and i recommend it for beginners for sure!
