Amazing beginner e-drum kit

Look, it’s a beginner drum kit.

I play bass for 10 years and guitar for 6. I decided to learn something new to keep myself occupied.

I didn’t want to spend too much money because I didn’t know if I’m gonna like it, and I decided for this kit because it was in the middle of all the other ones sold here.

Assembly: Everything came nicely packed in a box, and with instructions assembly was easy.

Quality: It’s a bit wonky, not gonna lie. Make sure you tighten everything, but it will still be a bit unstable. It won’t fall but it will be wonky.

Bass drum pedal has a lot of sway, which is fine for a cheaper e kit, but just giving you heads up.

I only had problem once in a month that I had it, the hi hat didn’t register my drumming, but I just restarted the kit and it worked.

Features: It has bunch of drum sounds and you can connect it to a PC. Not much I can say about this.

Playability: The drum heads are a bit small. If you got used to big heads, this will need a but of getting used to. They are super quiet tho. Foot pedal isn’t. Put some kind of matt under the pedal and it will be quiet. Otherwise it is all quite close to one another so you don’t have to move much, but you need time to get used to it.

Sound: Sounds like drums.

I would say there is no choke on the crash, but everything else is perfectly fine. Whoever you buy it for, kid, yourself to learn or whatever, you will be happy with this kit. It’s super fun entry to drums. Learn on this for a year or two and then switch to something more expensive.

The Alesis Nitro Mesh Kit offers exceptional playability, with responsive mesh heads providing a realistic drumming experience. Packed with a plethora of features, it stands out for its versatility and functionality. While the sound quality is commendable, leaning towards the medium range, the overall build and quality of the drums are impressive, ensuring a durable and reliable kit for drum enthusiasts.

Kid has been very happy

Bought a set for starting drummer for his first set. Since acoustic drums were out of question we browsed through multiple cheaper sets and ended to Alesis Nitro Mesh.

Drummer has been Very happy with the set and he can use it with ease. And even though there are coutless hours of usage, haven’t had any issues with the set.

Good price-quality rate

A good price-quality for the range of price, stable enough and fun to play, yet still not a high-end result.

Great beginner set or for someone looking to get back into drumming

Bought this after having not played drums for a while, and was really satisfied. The drums are well built and of good quality. The built in sounds are abysmal, but apparently most e-drums come with bad built in sounds, and it doesn't bother me because I use a drum VST. The drum pads are pretty small which limits playability, but the mesh heads and good quality make up for that.

Overall

Great for the price. Rack could be better.

Doesn’t take a lot of space. Very sensetive pads. A lot of sounds. Perfect for training.
