Alto Live 802 Reviews
More than enough for rehearsals and small gigs.
After some years everything is still holding in place and working perfectly.
The effects are a bit limited though and not that great quality.
so good
i dont have any bad words by this mixer exep i dont have any idea how autotune works but i think the porplems are my skills not the product
|HOME STUDIO SETUP MIXER|
Compact live mixer with onboard Alesis DSP effects and nine-band master graphic EQ.
I just want a small compact analog mixer and i just ordered for tested and it's just amazing
The perfect Home/ Guitar recording Mixer
this mixer is small and mighty. i love the compressor it works well on my set up
god quality mixer, nice clear layout and ergonomic
More than enough for home use.
You'll get so much functionality for the buck apart from the sleek design and portability.
EQs, Phantom, quite ok compression for 2 tracks, modulation effects at different speeds and assignable to each of 8 tracks on a level of your choice, loads of inserts and ways to direct you output signal.
Definitely recommended for anyone who needs an out-of-the-box stable working audio interface/mixer (Sorry, M-Audio) for Linux distributions using up to 5 amplifiers /+1 for headphones.
Karaoke and Band rehearsal
I use this for karaoke and band rehearsal in my home studio. It has a very good pre amp and two channels with built in compressor which is very amazing. I like the effects a lot and the EQs are very useful. Lots of other features to dig in. Probably not useful if you're planning to use this unit as an audio interface cause it's latency. However, other than that, Its a very good piece to try.
Good
Easy to handle, good effects.
Nice mixer
Simple mixer nice compressor good effect, light and easy to use. Works well in a band set up. Or tracks and multi vocals. Great value for the money. Highly recommended
3rd Alto mixer I've used
I have worked with over 30 mixers and when I look for a small, budget analog mixer...Alto has won me every time and for one simple reason, the 9 band eq. The preamps on the mics are quiet enough...the mixer is nice to look at...its simple yet has all normal features you would expect on such a mixer. The knob compressor can also be useful at times. I have currently purchased 3 Alto mixer of different sizes and they have all been more than adequate :)
