Best for Recordings

I've used a huge amount of cabinets in my studio, but this one was by far the best. The sound is balanced, with projection and warmness. Highly recommended.

Great ampeg tone, small sized!

Got these and have been running them with a SVT-VR, the tone is amazing, they are a bit bright, but with some tweaking on the amp you'll get a beefy, punchy, yet very clear tone. And they are very easy to pack up in the car. Gives you the chance to get the micro VR, so you can scale up and down, depending on the stage.

Very Cool

We now have two of these cabs! They look sexy and sound amazing too. You can run both cabs off of one Ampeg SVT Micro Head. I recommend spending the little extra for this system over the micro cl.
