No on/off switch

I don't like it that much, but I don't have the money now for a better one like Rolls RA-53b.

Amplification is weak. I think I hear a small quality drop compared to not using it too. It's more of a splitter.

I don't get it why a device like this doesn't have an on-off switch. OK, it's one less button to get noise, but I want to turn it off without having to reach back to the power socket.

A mentionable detail

An important detail of this device that isn't mentioned on the product page is that the output impedance of every channel is specified at 47 Ohms. (ref. Manual in box)

I personally would regard this number orders of magnitude greater than acceptable, especially as this amplifier is marketed for use with consumer headphones that commonly feature very low impedances.

No connecting wire to the PC

WTF! No wire to connect to the PC? There is no any cable except power cable. How can I use it? Shouldn't there be a reminder in the product introduction?

Great little amp

Pro's: Well built, plenty of gain, sounds good; Both 3.5 and 6.3mm output jack is a nice extra.

Con's: No on/off switch, numbers of output are under the volumeknobs in dark purple, so not very readable.

If only there was a little mixer like this with simple low/high eq, that would be usefull.

Love this tool, really helpful for me to monitor the mixes together with clients while using headphones.

No fuss, very simple and portable

Cheap and absolutely crucial when recording an artist. I use it in studio to let everyone involved listen with their own headphones they are used to and when tracking to control the performers, bystanders and my own headset. And it does what it's supposed to, one signal becomes four each with it's own volume. I would maybe ask for a global volume knob, but it's not that big of a deal. Allaround, it's small an portable.

For the highest impedance headphones I'm not sure if the device has enough power in it, tho, even with an external power source (no USB). Also, the green light is a little bright for my taste and I have taped it.

Just headphone AMP and nothing else.

i connect this to my Apollo twin sound-card, with really nice quality still.

I needed it to provide more power to my Beyerdynamic headphones, which works super nice and brought them to life.
