Nice low register

This recorder comes in a nice case and has all you need. Personally, I found the thumb rest unnecessary but it's there if you want it. The tone is nice and rich and it feels light but substantial in the hands.

Everything you expected from Aulos

Having bought the Alto Recorder from Aulos (509b), I choose this recorder because I like to play the lower F without the key, giving me more control. You can expect excellent product from Aulos. The instrument fits nicely in my hand and the notes speak easily.
