I bought this mic for my home studio. After some initial checks here are my findings

+very transparent tone with a little expensive sheen

+works incredibly well with guitar amps

+matches nicely with different preamps (i tried neve73, ua610 ans api style preamps)

+likes to be equed

+good room rejection on cardioid and 8 patterns

-bass response can be a little much (at least on guitar) if not set up correctly

-voices can sometimes sound flat to my ear

-on-body switches could be a little more comfortable

overall if i could have only one microphone I would be perfectly happy with this one. It is a work-horse that will take anything well
