Great speakers!!

I don't have another speaker to compare it with these at the moment. But these are working really good, tested on several events. Solid power.

Decent For beginners

Bought 2 of these about 3 years ago, never let me down, and fill small to medium venues no problem. Two band EQ is handy but a switch for Full Range or with subs would be handy. Very easy to carry, and I can manage 2 tops.

Pros:

Easy setup

Can handle loads of abuse!

Light enough

Cons:

Lacks on bass

Clips easy enough

Overall these are great for those looking a small rig for small gigs, or even a beginner due to the price point, it would be worth saving up and getting a more powerful set if required!

I've had a good experience with them

I have been gig-ing with these speakers for the past 5 years.

Pros:

Durability: I schlep them around in the back of my pickup truck. They have bounced around, fallen over and have been rained on at least 3 times. Also I have had them topple over while mounted on tripod stands and hit the ground twice. They are beat to hell and work just as they did the day I bought them.

Features: The built in 2-band EQ is useful in situations where I have needed to cut some low end on the fly.

Decent Sound: They sound good to me for the price, they have clarity but are kind of lacking in low end (for a rock band), which isn't a problem since I run them with Subs, but IMO speaker placement and proper EQ is where its at.

Not really a con, but I will eventually be upgrading to some more powerful speakers to be able to cover larger/outdoor venues.

If I could go back in time I would buy them all over again!

GOOOOOOOOD

I use these speakers to rehearse with my band, they are excellent in response and quality, they could have a better bass response but they are very good anyway..

Good Value Active Speaker

Fairly priced. The chassis is sturdy enough and the sound is good. I had one speaker develop a fault within warranty period so my confidence is knocked a little, especially as I use them live but otherwise great value and good features.

Good for the price

I have used these speakers for more than 2 years and I will say they are good for the price. I didn't give them 5 stars because they clip when you play them at a very high volume, so, the best way is always to keep the volume at 12 O'clock. For me, they are the best speakers from Behringer

Great speakers for the price

Great speakers for the price, Sound is a little bit muddy, with lack of clear high frequencies, also could be a bit more bust on a lows, otherwise quite sturdy and easy to handle. I am happy with this purchase

Behringer 215

I really was impressed with the sound quality as It was only 249Euro when I bought it. It's quite heavy but built like a tank to withstand transport and general knocks. It's gone up in value now which says a lot but still worth it. We'll worth getting the cover too. I have mine over 3 years now and still working perfectly.

Behringer are going from strength to strength as they have recently bought up several companies which can only mean they will use combined technology to refine a better product. I have also purchased other Behringer products and think they are if similar or higher quality. This speaker is ideal for touring or simply set up in pubs or clubs. 500watts packs quite a punch for such a small speaker.

Highly recommended!

Good budget powered speaker.

I first bought one of these powered speakers, then the other after I tested the first one at rehersals and gigs. The sound is good but not astonishing. I miss a bit of low end but suppose tha I have to buy subwoofers for that. The second speaker that I bought has a bit more "white noise" sound from the amp which you notice at rehesals when it´s quiet between songs, but I didn´t notice in a bigger gig situation. Overall good speakers i haven´t had any trouble with clipping or so. Even when I did have just one speaker we managed to play a gig with no problems so they can put out a lot of sound.

Impressed

I use these mostly for monitoring and for stand alone pa. Simple to operate with versatile connections. The angle for monitoring is just right with the option of having the tweeter either side (great for pairing). Not too heavy with handle either side. Good looking box too.

Exactly what I was looking for

Using for a 4 piece band as tops, can't ask for more from a budget speaker. They will be used primarily in small to medium sized rooms. Haven't used them for a gig yet but had a dry run in a rehearsal room and they performed very well
