Behringer HPM1000 Reviews
headphones with great response
I bought these on a budget and was greatly surprised by the great frequency response, comfort and clarity for the price. They exclude a good deal of background noise and are unrivalled for this price regardless of name.
Better than expected
I ordered these as they were the cheapest headphones on here, as a cheap set to use for monitoring when recording bands (I offer portable recording services). I was expecting something small, crap and budget (as you'd expect from headphones as cheap as these), but I'm actually pleasantly surprised. I'm not rushing out to buy a pair for mixing or listening on, but they're certainly decent quality, and push out a quality sound for the price. They still have nothing on other brands of headphones such as Sennheiser or Audio Technica, (not as clear bass, for example), but they still sound fairly good. I would recommend them as a bulk buy for monitoring in studios, not as main mixing headphones or anything of that sort.
Great Value Cans
For the money these are just the best headphones for every day use. Although the closed backs are plastic material it does not detract from their look or performance. They are designed to cover the ear to give a private performance for the listener without the distraction of external sound entering the phone.
The headset is light and comfortable and I use mine for my PC, Hifi music listening and in my studio for recording and playback. I have used Behringer products for the last three years and I have never ever been disappointed with the price, quality and performance of their products and these headphones are yet again £ for decibel just so good!
I would not hesitate to recommend these Behringer HPM1000 Headphones.
Cheap and cheerful
I use these mainly for listening to music at a computer. The sound is okay but not amazing, you can really tell that these are cheap headphones. It's not clear, with a slightly muffled bass response and a bit dark in the high end. However, they're perfectly functional, and the sound quality is fine for the price. They're a bit flimsy but again, acceptable build quality for the price. The headphones are comfortable to wear, and the cable is a good length for listening at a desk -you'd probably want something longer for monitoring. Overall, these headphones are good value, but if you're wanting to do some serious work, it'll pay off to invest a bit more.
Fantastic
These headphones are perfect. The quality is that of much more expensive cans.
The full range from my guitar, bass and electric kit come through amazingly.
Very happy with these indeed
Wow for the price!
Bought these as cheap studio monitoring headphones for overdubs etc. Really pleased with both the quality and the sound - surprised by the perceived frequency range. Lightweight in feel but brilliant for the price.
