Value for the price

I've tried record acoustic guitar on 88,2 kHz with Behringer B-1 microphone, and a result is good. Recommend!

Good racio cost/benefit

It is a good quality product, the sound is perfect, has a good ratio cost/benefit, and the finish is a strong metal box.

I use it for record my guitar amp and have nothing to complain about it. For the price I do not find any bad points.

You have to be careful about one thing. If the product falls on the floor it can be expensive. Get the floor fixed.

Great First Audio Interface

Having received the UMC202 HD, I have since used it as my first Audio Interface device for some home recording, just for fun. I use it to record my electric guitar and bass guitar.

The first things you will notice is that it is built very well, it is sturdy and reliable as well as easy to use. PAD helps minimise clipping (gain jumping too high) and Line/Inst allow you to toggle between microphones and instruments. It supports stereo speakers and headphones with direct monitor support, but I don't actually like that since on a guitar it sounds empty as can be. Not the fault of the manufacturer though, just electric guitars in general. When recording setting it to minimal latency seems to work well for me even as I use programs like Amplitube and Cubase. It does take a while to send data to and from the motherboard to the device, although it pulls it off pretty well.

My inputs on my sound card screwed up, so now I have to connect my UMC202HD to my computer as my sound device and it works magnificently, giving me great audio and unnoticeable latency (if there is any)

A great product

Home recording studio

I bought UMC202HD USB audio interface for my small home studio for recordings of my saz. And I'm gonna try to be short as possible in this feedback.

First of all its 24bit 192kHz interface so the sound quality is more then awesome for home recordings, it has 48V phantom power supply and sound from my cheap condenser microphone (BM 800) got so much better.

Second I love the matt finish !!! No fingerprint at all.

It has a pad switch for both inputs, and it's great, also direct monitoring witch is awesome.

And for the last the ting that i most love above everting else is the headphone 1/4 jack with dedicated volume knob, simply loving it.

For this price you not gonna be able to find a better audio interface, trust me.

Huge difference for a starter

Hi Guys,

This is my first external and dedicated card. Its a huge difference to any integrated solution. I think with its features and quality, it may appeal to far more advanced users compared to me.
