Great USB Audio

I mainly use my Behringer U-Control UCA 222 with headphones (t.bone) on my computer Windows 7 and the audio quality is great. It's been in use now everyday for over a year and still works perfectly.

I can plug it in with the usb cable when I get on my computer and it recognizes everything and I get sound to my headphones straight away. Even if I have a video or MP3 playing I can plug in the Behringer and I get sound to my headphones without hesitation or any conflicts. (This I could not do with other devices before) With other devices I have found you must first stop what you are listening to and then plug in the device. But this is not the case with Behringer. It simply works every time.

You can really crank up the volume too if you need to and you get the additional volume control on the Behringer that comes in handy if your not able to adjust the volume in windows.

I would give this product 5 stars however there is one little fault I have found. And that is the Phone jack, the 3.5mm connector on the Behringer is a little bit on the loose side. It allows the jack to move around and this can sometimes if you have long cables pulling on the Behringer cause noise and sound issues in your headphones.

It's not a big deal I have an 3.5mm extension cable running to my headphones. So I tend to leave everything connected and if I have to pull out the headphone jack I do it from the extension cable instead and not touch the Behringer phone jack at all. So quality wise that is the only thing I can fault this product on.

Overall for the price this is a great little product and I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a good solid usb audio device. A friend of mine already use this for recordings and I have not heard him complain about it at all.

Easy to handle

This Audio Interface is very easy to handle. You can use it by "plug and play". I use it with Garage Band on my MacBook and it worked off right from the beginning. Just plug it in and the software immediately works with it.

Packaged really well and received very quickly and easy to understand instruction guide for set up. Used for home recording for practice use and demo recordings. Good,easy to use,small,compact unit

Does everything it says on the tin!

Small, stylish and simple to use. Extremely handy for transferring vinyl to MP3. Need to visit website or software which was a bit of a pain, but not too much hassle.

Only took five minutes from opening the box to actually using the item, that's how easy it is to use. It's amazing how different the sound of a vinyl track sounds from a downloaded one, the subtle nuances and that slight crackle at the start ... total nostalgia. It helped me relive some of my older days as quite a few tracks on my vinyl collection are not available for download, especially the two singles I recorded in the 80's!
