Functional, and sounds very good! Like a BOSS Delay DD8

good delay unit - 300ms max, has a sonic character.

its functional, and sounds fine.

not the best or sweetest sounding feedback resonance but it does sound raw in its way.

its good value - a very cheap price delay with a reasonable sound.

warning : 300ms maximum is not a very wide range of delay time.

be sure you this is what you are accepting.

for example - if youre playing a slow reggae song guitar riff, the repeat rate may not go as slow as you hope for. its a limitation of this unit, although its stil useable at faster rates. its is good, for what its cloning.

it clones original "bucket brigade" curcuit designs that maxed out at 300ms,

build quality fine , dials feel fine,

sound is fine, price is a joke.

its not the highest grade audio equipment, but an amauter or a pro can stil use this, and people will just say "sounds cool"

What you'd expect from analogue delay

This thing is really fun to play with. Can make slapback, can make it like a reverb, can have the repeats louder than the input signal.

Self-oscillation is especially fun.

If you take care of this pedal I am sure it will last a long time. There are quality control issues with the potentiometers. The plastic probably isn't the strongest casing.

- Knob stiffness varies widely

- Have to be careful when turning it off and on because your weight is going onto the switch on the board

a bit tricky to get a usable sound with bass.

Perhaps is my own limit.

Ended up not liking it

I didn't realize it's the kind of delay that wipes out all high frequencies and distorts like hell. Probably nice for experimental use but this wasn't for me. The case is all plastic and feels like it could break if you step on it too hard. Given its price, I thought sending it back would be more of a hassle so I just gave it away to a friend.

Amazing value for money

Use: on a small guitar pedalboard

Pros: amazing value, seems sold enough, sounds good

Cons: at this price, nothing. Even if you have more expensive delays, worth having as a backup at this price!

You get what you pay for

This is a VERY cheap delay pedal. As you'd expect from the price, It is not a great sounding pedal. However, it is ok for the low price you pay for. I'd only recomend it for hobbyists. Not only the sound is not great but the plastic casing seems a bit fragile.

Not bad

Perfectly good analog delay pedal. Not sure how the plastic enclosure would hold up but can't complain at the price.

really good delay for the money

the behringer pedal never fail to impress me. The delay sound is pretty good, i use it on my acoustic guitar chain. the plastic is solid. the only bad thing is where the power input is placed

The controls are too sensitive. There's a delay effect but one slight twist lower and there's none and one slight twist higher and it's just a wall of noise.

I actually really like the sound!

My rating for these pedals is always with the price in mind, which is unbeatable in my opinion. I use it in my effects chain, with a low repeat rate and low echo, just to give the guitar sound a bit more depth and presence. And I really like it! Of course, the casing is plastic and does feel cheap, but I paid 20 Euros. And when I started playing, there just wasn't anything comparable. I don't even remember there being an (any!) effects pedal for that price 20 - 25 years ago. Therefore, I have a lot of fun with these cheap Behringer pedals at home!

I think this is a Boss clone. It sounds great, no complaints. Its sturdy though plastic. I dont gig atm so its construction wont be challenged. So its really cheap, does what it should and im happy.

Decent delay

all Behringer stompbox pedals are just good, gets the job done for a decent price tag and for the most part are based on popular pedals worth 3 times its price but You can?t compare it with metal covered pedals or any high end for that matter.

For this price it has an amazing sound, it is cheap, and kinda looks cheap, but does it's job very well. If you want a delay pedal on a budget, but still a good sound, this is it.

Good analog delay

I wanted to try an analog delay and based on recommendation from JHS Show I picked up this one. I spent some time tweeting in the tone, but when I got my head around it, I was really pleased with the outcome. Sound good!

Another another Test

Bought this pedal along with some other Behringer ones as a cheap way to try and build a pedal board to get the kind of sounds i'm am going for without purchasing expensive boutique pedals and then realizing that its not the sound I want or need. To be honest the pedals sound great for the money and are pretty easy to use. Plastic casing may be an issue but once attached to a pedal board board i can't see an issue. Worth the money and may just keep on the board instead of a more expensive version as I am happy with the sound.

Cant beat the price

Sounds better than you could ever imagine! I have tons of delays and this one sounds real good.

Bang for the buck

This delay really blew me away. Very usable and clear(not dark like a carbon copy for example). Plays well with my drives/fuzz.

It only got basic controls but that makes it easier to dial in, more is not always better. Great delay for the price.
