Behringer Xenyx 502 5-stars Reviews
Easy to use, great value
Good value little mixer.
I'm using it with a Roland TD25KV kit to split to two drum monitors and feed the main mixing board.
I'm also using it with a Friedman Mic-no-mo to take a feed from a guitar amp into the desk, so I can tweak the sound for the room through the PA.
It doesn't add any extra noise into the signal chain and has performed flawlessly.
Feels quite sturdy as well. No crackle from the connections or when operating the pots.
Handig mixertje
Handig compacte mixer als je bijvoorbeeld, zoals ik, twee synth's op 1 ingang van een audio interface wil aansluiten. Prima kwaliteit voor z'n prijs. Alleen jammer dat er geen aan/uit schakelaar op zit.
A Compact Yet Powerful Little Mixer
I bought this mixer to use in my home studio for channeling in a computer, microphone, and occasional instruments as needed. I am very amazed at the amount of head-room available with the channels and the microphone, as well as it's selectable 2-TR to Phones and 2-TR To Mix options. With the flick of a switch I have what I need at my fingertips. The controls are smooth with zero crackle in the Pot's and the overall size of the mixer is perfect for a small studio recording/mixing application. Keep up the great work Behringer
Excellent budget mixer
Bought this as a headphone mixer for my home studio. Need to be able to monitor source signals and playback simultaneously.
This does the job very well. No EQ on the stereo channels but its only for personal monitoring while doing overdubs.
Nice piece of gear and well you cant grumble at the price either.
Greate mixer easy to use
We build a studio for online broadcasting and used this mixer for the audio mixing. Good sound and easy to use.
Great for it's size
Really great product for it's size. Working as expected!
THE SMALLEST MIXER YOU CAN BUY
I have it next to my drum in my studio recording, it's just perfect for what i need. I have 5 channels
1 - METRONOME
2 - DRUM MIX LEFT
3 - DRUM MIX RIGHT
4 - PLAYBACK LEFT
5 - PLAYBACK RIGHT
so the drummer can choose his own volumes and makes my life much easier! Headphone amp is pretty loud. It's a good product
Perfect mixer for me
This mixer is just the right tool i needed to get the sound from my computer/tablet/phone to my ears without having to turn the volume to the max. I use it at home to pratice, not to record anything. I plug in the source of the sound and just equalize it to my desire. Awesome little mixer.
Great mixer!
Works great. I'm happy with the sound, no complains. Actually we have plenty of them in use, for more than few years, and we haven't experienced any problems yet. We use them as signal conventers, for drummers etc. Power adapter socket can break if you are not that careful, but it doesn't break too easily either.
High quality, great price
I purchased this desk in order to hear my in-ear mix with click tracks and monitor system. The XLR input works great for bigger venues to feed back my mix whereas the jack inputs are just enough if you need a few extra inputs.
The desk itself feels great quality; the sound, controls and inputs all feel very well built.
I've since lost my first one but ordered another one, thats how much I like it.
Great Little Mixer
I've had a few of these over the years and find them reliable and well made. No issues with quality or noise levels, would recommend.
Its a tiny mixer!
Perfectly good enough to throw on a mic, connect some stereo lines and turn things up and down, what more do you need? We use these a lot for basic Mic / line connections to active speakers.
Great little mixer!
I bought this to use with my DJ Controller, as i wanted the versatility to connect to my amp, to a house system in a pub or nightclub, or be able to use a monitor too.
It is a very light mixer with a very long power cable, the PFL is very visibly seen and all the text is big enough to read from a slight distance.
There is no EQ on channel 2/3 and 3/4, but thats something you could live with!
If your looking for a great little mixer this is it!
Very fast shipping!!
Thank you for your service, Fast shipping!!!
Perfect little desk
Bought this for a simple backing track application, it works great for that.
I wish it had an internal power supply, but that would have made the unit much bigger
perfec for what I needed
It was exactly what was looking for. The power supply is a bit awkward but it does the job.
Excellent little mixer.
This is a great little mixer giving me flexibility to have more control over my mic connected to my active speakers.Included is a very nice manual in several languages. I had enough background knowledge to use this product out of the box, but for somebody who didn't, the manual could very easily explain it to. Excellent for my home-made recording studio and very simple to use.The power supply is quite bulky and heavy. The connecting wiring can get messy and can tangle easily. The power input socket on the mixer and the power supply input plug are flimsy, but f looked after should not be a worry. This is one of 2 Behringer mixers i have purchased and overall i am very pleased.Does the job at an affordable low price.
Great little mixing tool
I needed a little mixer to combine different audio sources to my pair of monitors at home.
So i gave the Behringer a try, and I was not let down.
Compared to the price, this is really good stuff. The sound is very natural but you must be carefull with the gain control, there is one point where it really start work and from this on it reacts very rough.
Even the preamp is pretty good, you can´t compare it to a mixing console from Allen Heath, Soundcraft or something like that, but it is great for that price and if you dont need a lot of channels.
behringer
great mixer, it is very small, it has many inputs and outputs, it is very quiet and has a really good mic preamp, transparent and ultra-low noise. I use it at home for pre-registrations, but the quality is so high that sometimes I do not need to register again in studio with highest price mixer, recommended
Very good quality
I am a keyboard player and I use this little mixer in our rehearsal room. The mixer is up and running without issues for the last 7 years. Even though our room is not heated and can get quite cold in winter there has been no problem whatsoever.
Feature wise this is a straight forward mixer. You have on mic input with a decent preamp and 2 eq bands. Then there are 2 stereo line inputs. You can set the level and pan for every input.
The headphone amplifier can get quite loud. Driving inear phones with this mixer is no problem at all.
My only little gripe is with the level meters. They have only very few segments so that the metering is not very accurate. But when dealing with line level sources this is not really an issue.
