Superb value for money

I have had this desk for more than 6 months now. It is outstanding value for money. I use it at home and for infrequent live performance. I have not tried the USB function at all, I use it as a live mixer only. It is really an 8 mono and 4 stereo channel mixer, but that is more than enough for my purposes (5 piece band, electronic drum kit, keys, bass, 2 guitars, and 3 vocals). The only thing slightly inconvenient is that the aux sends and returns are on the back - but there is so much squeezed into a small space on the main deck this is realistically the only place they could go. The signal routing on this desk is very versatile. The output is effectively noise free. The effects unit is not the most convincing - I still use an old Quadraverb for my main effects. The knobs feel good, but the sliders are a little feeble feeling. That said they have continued to work perfectly so far.

All things considered this is an outstanding piece of equipment for the price. If your budget is limited this is an excellent choice. And if your budget isn't limited it's still worth looking at - why spend more than you need to ?

A perfect mixer for live band

I own a small live band, and we constantly tour and perform in various events. This mixer does the job perfectly. Yes, it isn't the highest END, but overall, drive to a venue, bring out your 2k worth guitar and 3k worth amp, and plug it into the cheapest speakers venue has, it doesn't make sense. So now I own this Behringer mixer, plug in my touring guitar with mooer amp simulator, and it produces decent sound. Event through cheap speakers most venues has.

Very easy to control. Too handy. I use it as my in ear system during the concerts. Serves very well.

Amazing bit of kit!

This board has been amazing from the day I got it. have had it for almost 2 years now and figured it was time to write a review on this brilliant piece of German engineering. The first thing I love is it's pure simplicity, everything is right in front of you and so easy to operate! unlike other boards I've worked with such as the Mackie and in particular the Yamaha range the inputs on this aren't overly sensitive. What this means is with a lot of boards when you up the gain and push the board it will peak and distort, the worst I've ever had was a Yamaha analogue desk but not this! never will it peak despite my attempts making it perfect for live sound. I've used this for literally everything, Recorded sound, speeches bands, you name it. This board will do it! if you want a quality bit of kit with a 3 year warranty at an exceptionally reasonable price. this is the one!

A useful product

I liked it very much and I think that it is essential if you want to occupy with music. It has a lot of effects that you can play with them and it produces a high quality sound. Also, you can record your voice with the help of a USB. It has many other potentials as a machine and I think that it worth more than you pay for it. I think that the price is reasonable , so you can afford it. In conclusion, i believe that it is a good chance for you and a good investment if you occupy with music.

Brilliant Mixer for a brilliant price.

This mixing desk is perfect for anyone with a low budget. It basically has all you need on it. The eq is brilliant and the effects are nice. I especially like the plate reverb. Another nice feature on this desk is the compression knob on the channels if you want to ad compression to your Mix. There are also alot of other nice delays, Reverb, Chorus, Flanger.

The sub groups are interesting too. It has so many brilliant features. The preamp inputs on the xlr inputs are amazing.

What really drew me towards buying this mixer was the USB interface built into the desk. I recently recorded a show using the interface and it sounded top quality worked perfectly and there was bass, dobro, guitars, cajon, and about 6 mics going through it and it did the job absolutely perfectly. It is also very light and easy to carry around.

Overall I love this mixer for its features and quality of sound. I would honestly recommend this to anyone looking for a low budget but great mixer. It definitely has enough inputs. This desk can be used for anything from a full rock band to a small two piece.

Brilliant!

Mixer & Audio Interface

Two in one. It's the perfect way to mix and record at the same time on German quality! If you know how to work with Behringer, the background noise will not bother you at all. Very solid construction with good materials. And the price is more than reasonable!

One thing you should now: this USB mixer only acts as a 2 inpits / 2 outputs audio interface. For multiple outputs you need the UFX models.

One downside is there isn't an internal way that i can see to send FX to Aux channels (For monitors) - Only way i can see is to come out of the FX output on the rear of the desk with a jack patch and return it into a channel on the desk and send this to Aux channel for the monitor mix

I absolutely love this

I got this as part of a bundle with a Mix Case, and it's just perfect, the controls are responsive with plenty of room, the Xenyx Preamps sound fantastic and the overall sound is great.

I use this mostly with a 2 piece act, using about 8 channels, and the only reason I didn't opt for a smaller desk is the choice of outputs this has, it's definitely worth it, I'm running seperate monitor mixes as well as a reference mix through an interface to record the entire show and there's still plenty of outputs left for whatever else you want to do. It doesn't weigh much either which is a nice bonus.

Quick delivery, used quick set up guide for gig straight out of the box worked a treat, this mixer good value for money . There is a lot more options on this product over our current mixer (PV10) with extra aux channels & sub groups .Just need to familiarise myself more to what it can do.
