Great to finally have a media player that's in. a form and at a price-point consistent with the ATEM Mini lineup. It's largely well made but suffers from some niggles - a rubber grip on the shuttle that doesn't quite fit, and a lack of friction/resistance that makes it hard to use to advance frame-by-frame. The key combinations to use things like loop and shuttle mode aren't obvious. And like the entire Hyperdeck lineup, getting externally generated content to playback can be a frustrating process as it's very picky about formats. The video quality though, is excellent, and I'm aching to use the teleprompter feature but am concerned the jog dial is just too easy to move for this to be a complete joy.

Purchased this product to facilitate the inclusion of instant replay into my streamed events. Product works well but I feel that the instructions on setup and operation could be better- of all the products I have purchased for streaming this one has least in terms of online instructions. Normally when I purchase a product there are lots of reviews and operational instructional videos on line but not so for this. It took me some hours to get started but once I got going no problem. I am still working my way through the features etc. and im sure I will get there but the journey could have been quicker with a good instructional video.
