Great guitar let down by poor QC

This is a guitar that sounds great and looks great for the price point, but the fretwork is awful, there are rough burrs on every single fret to a point it will not be safe to play without a bit if work, I've played 100's of guitars, including other Chapman's, and never seen anything like this.

A 5 star guitar truly taken down by poor quality control.

Ok but could be better

The fret work on this guitar is the quality as a $200 guitar.
