These strings are so vibrant and responsive I love them

helicore fiddle strings

They are the best strings I've used, but there again every instrument is different and every string instrument is set up differently (sound post,base bar, bridge style and position) so it's not possible for me to tell you what to use,yet I would recommend these for a fiddler playing Irish trad.
