the strings came all in one pack and the instructions were terrible because there was a color at the end of the strings but they were mostly the same color ....... lame

The best

The best strings you can get in my opinion, perfect gauges as well for drop E

They lose brightness kinda quick

As title stated, they sound great for the first month, but then they dull out quickly and after two months of playing semi regularly I wanted to change them.

Didn't expect them to be so long lasting and great strings! Sound is great as well

My favorite 8 string set

Im playing this set on my Harley Benton 8 string, and really like the bitey sound from these stainless steel strings opposed to nickel ones.

They last a very long time, feel good to play and sound amazing, so for me the pretty big pricetag compared to other brands is still acceptable.

I've been using these strings on my 27" baritone for drop F#/G# and they work great.

Very low lifespan

So basically, I've stringed my guitar and hung her on the wall for like a month, strings got rusty and unstable without even playing my guitar...

Best strings i had

I used to play SIT strings wich i really liked. I played Ernie Ball for a long time untill these D'addario NYXL strings came to market. I switched to 8 string guitar and got these on recommendation by a friend and i never looked back. These strings sound full, play really well and last really long without any need for fastfrett or any kind of string conditioner. An absolute must buy.

Even though I didn't find this gauge suitable for my playing style, the strings are made of high quality and sound incredible. They are definitely worth the extra few dollars.

Amazing.

These are possibly the best strings I have ever bought. They hold the tuning perfectly, and even after almost a year of use they sound almost like new, it's just amazing. But in terms of thickness, I would prefer 10-74.

Just wow! There is a huge difference. Of course, the difference is not obvious on live performance. But if you are recording your sound... there will be a difference.

I recommend. A little bit pricey but good quality.

All time favorite strings

Over the years I've tried different brands, but I always go back to the good old D'Addarios. The NYXL series are even superb. I it is a long-term love relationship that has been going on for almost 30 years.
