too much bass

great idea to down size this classic fuzz.

works ok with strat on bridge pickups but has way too much bass/mud to cut trough a mix. I've used zillions of fuzz pedals so I know it's hard to find the right match between guitar-Fuzz-amp. Give it a try. It might work wonderfully for you.

Fuzz Face mini review

Its a pretty good pedal and works nicely. But I'd say its more a buzz than a fuzz. It sort of starts with a lot of fuzz then get fuzzier. Very good if you want to play Hendrix stuff obviously!

However, its got a cool feature that if you play gently there isn't much fuzz, then play louder it get fuzzier, only really works with single coils though. No good with humbuckers.
