amazing little boost/slight grit pedal for bass, and even guitar

if you're in the market for a pedal that can boost your instrument's signal and maybe even add a touch of grit or dirt to it, then look no further.

this is an amazing boost pedal, and I use it in conjunction with my EHX Deluxe Bass Big Muff Pi and get a MASSIVE sound

Very useful for it's price

Sounds good on bass and guitar as well. It's very affordable, but it definitely work as a top-high quality gear.

Been using it since 8 eight months aproximately and it still works perfect. Loved since the first day.

It's a keeper.

This pedal made my bandmates jealous.

It sounds awesome and looks gorgeous. I use it with a guitar but now our bassist want's one too.

I use it more as a booster with the Drive at 10 o'clock and I play a lot with the Blend and Treble knobs. I had the original Soul Food, bought a JHS "Meat & 3" Mod Soul Food and now I am the happy owner of a Bass Soul Food. It's a different sound but in a good way.

I'm very satisfied with this purchase.

The quest has ended...

I've been looking for a magic pedal giving me the sound in my head... That overdriven gnarr but with a tight bottom... I've tried a lot of so called "bass" overdrives, fuzzes, dists etc... I've built my own DIY pedals etc... and it have always made the lowend sound...well kinda mushy...

But at last I've found what made my day - the Bass Soul Food gives me that gnarly crunsh I need, but keeps my lowend tight - you can blend in with the original signal to your preference...

At last I got the "sound in my head" without carrying a 130kg+ tube rigg on steriods :-D
