Arrived with a flat Battery installed

I expecting the pedal to come with a 9v Battery and surprised when I opened it up, the battery was already installed...and dead. EHX should ship with a battery, but it shouldn't be connected.

Does the job

A n frills phaser, works great on stoner type riffs. The only caveat in my opinion is that it dips the volume quite severely everytime the frequency shifts down, which makes it hard to get a consistent volume. Other then that, it's a lovely pedal
