Great replacement string. You could make a custom gauge set out of it.

Long lasting tonal quality - just perfect

I have been using elixir strings for well over 10+ years now.

The reason is very simple: while some big brand strings lose tonal quality or flexibility after 3-4 days, Elixir strings' sound just simply does not change even after 2-3 weeks.
