I have been using Elixir strings for the past 5 years on stage and in the studio. Strings are very durable and the sound is amazing. Even when the strings wears out the sound is still good.

I'm using them for my Martin Backpacker guitar and so far the strings have been fantastic. Sound is great and they do seem to last a very long time. Will keep using Elixir.

Perfect strings for a couple of hours gig

Used on electro-acoustic guitars. Long life, great sound, released tension on my fingers. I often have to play over 3 hours and at some point decided to go for lighter strings and as I do a lot of rhythmic strumming was a bit afraid that may loose those bottom lows that I like a lot, but all I've lost was some pain in the fingers.Recommend!

Very good strings

At the very beginning I was a bit concerned about these strings, because of some negative comments I found down here.

These strings are amazing, specially on the first 3 strings.

Anyway, what I can argue about is a matter of taste.

I was looking for a Beatles-kind-of sound, very bright, smooth, yet balanced, with a bit of extra sustain.

They sound a bit too dry and with no sustain, but once you've plugged your guitar in, you'll be hearing no problem

These strings are awesome, they're nice & light, play fantastic and sound good. I have these on my acoustic for a couple months now and they still play as new.

Loud, bright and easy to play! What else can you ask for. Used them to replace a default stringset on a Harley Benton acoustic, the difference was clear.
