Great strings, very dureable, although the plastic coats starts to fall apart where you pick

Buy with confidence!

They are worth the money. I wouldn't put anything else on my gigging guitars. Never broken a string during a gig using these as i change them after about 10 to 12 months. (probably just jinxed myself)

I like the tone from this strings very much

More expensive but worth it!

These are the best strings you can put on your acoustic guitar!

The nanonweb technology means they last for longer and they maintain that new sound for longer as they don't change colour or clarity as the time goes by.

On my guitars they last up to a year with moderate playing.

Best strings out there

Really.

These are the best. I tried almost all of them for my acoustics, no issues to report, just satisfaction. Epic tone, really easy to bend,

nice and shiny, great slick sound when sliding. Just perfect. It'll bring out the best of your grandpa's old guitar, and your brand new Guild as well. I'll never buy any other brand ever. Price worth every cent.

My favourite strings

These are the only strings I use now. These and the PB equivalents. The thin nano coating is unnoticeable to my fingers and the tone is everything I want. They stay bright for so long they pay for themselves. Lovely!

Superb!!

More money but better sound and last three times a long. So in my opinion worth the extra.

No breakages as yet either!

Lovely feeling strings

I have dusted off my guitar after several years and bought these strings on the basis of the reviews as the originals have never been replaced.

Sound and feel have been absolutely transformed, and the new strings feel like silk under my fingers. Things have clearly moved on in string technology, but even so I would not hesitate to recommend these.

Favourite strings

Got recommendation from music store, buying those all the time now. Sound is amazing, and lasts as it said on pack, 3-5X times longer. true :)

Elixir Nanoweb Extra Light Acoustic

The best sounding strings I have been using and have used those for years now and these strings are really longlasting compareing to other brands I have tried. Definety propose these strings.

Probably...

...The best strings ever! At least in my opinion.

They sound incredible, I've had them on my acoustic for months and it still sounds brand new! Granted I don't play the acoustic more than a few times a week, but its definitely a lot better than any other brand I've ever used.

It is well worth the cost.

God Bless Elixir strings

Elixir is the only strings I would put on any acoustic guitar. The quality is worth the little extra price as well as I can trust that I get quality when I buy Elixir strings.

Best i ever tried

In the past I have had problems with rusty strings because I tend to sweat quite quickly. So I gave the Elixir strings a try and must say that I haven't been disappointed. These cost maybe 3 times as much but they actually last 5 or 6 times as long as the standard strings. This nanoweb stuff is worth every penny! I promise!

Best strings I've used

I bought a second hand Taylor acoustic which although in great condition still had the over one year old Elixir original strings. I thought they sounded good, and easy to play being 10-46, so I replaced them with the same spec. ....even better! They are very bright crisp rounded tone, and a dream to play ...it gave acoustic guitar playing a new meaning. With a well set up fretboard these are very close to light electric strings in feel. I have since restrung my Larrivee with them, sounds brilliant, and they stay good for much much longer than conventional phosphor bronze.

Elixir string worth the money

Elixir strings are quite expensive than other manufacturers string for sure but they well worth the money as they stays clean 3-4 times longer. that's why all of my axes have Elixirs on them.

I love this extra light gauge as it fits my play style and gives great high tone for strumming.
