Great Mute!
This mute is great for the old 20s jazz stuff, and blends well with the Humes and Berg in sections. I wish the tube on the inside was plastic or metal as that would help the response/tuning.
Good mute, great price
Picked one of these up a while back for a show that needed a lot of solotone, with a view to later upgrading to a H&B afterwards. Mute did such a cracking job on the show that I haven't bothered. It massively outperforms its price tag.
Great Sound!
Great sounding mute, easily holds its own with the more expensive brands, I'm using this on a show at the time of writing, and it sounds fantastic on every solo, a lovely mute full of character! Potentially not as solid as the Humes and Berg one, but not flimsy at all and will easily hold up provided you don't completely abuse it. Overall, great purchase, would recommend!
