Works, but
Cheap and solid, but annoying that you have to unplug/replug it most of the times cause QLC+ doesn't recognize it at first. I'd still buy it again, cause it's cheap and at the end does the job, but what's the sense of having something so easy that's supposed to be plug and play if it's not...

We use this for simple installations and our customers are satisfied.
No big pros and cons.
