Enrie Ball are my favorite spare strings...

I use strictly GHS Boomers but when it comes to spare strings I always go with the Ernie Balls since they are always available and the price is not bad either.

I wouldn't say I've noticed any differences between these and the respective GHS in terms of sound and longevity, so that's a good thing.

Ideal for alternate tuning

Single set of strings useful if you have a specific tuning to set your guitar into.
