Really great strings for drop tuning

I’ve been using these strings on my Ltd Viper with a 24.75 inch scale length and I’m in love with them. They are great for drop B, drop A#, B Standard and drop A. You could use them for drop C on a 24.75 inch scale but I personally don’t recommend it as the tension is a bit high I’d recommend 12-56 for that.

Very Good string set. Has been used with a guitarist to play nirvana-like music. Overall very good strings with long life, nice feel, very good sound. Would recommend to everyone.

If you like Ernie Ball strings, you are already here buying them. Eveeybody likes different strings, I like these, have used various gauges of them for years on all sorts of instruments and never had any problems.

Superb

Always used EB strings through the years and needed something for some drop tunage. These things are beasts. Took a moment to get used to the wound 'G' but its a really interesting sound and feel compared to regular strings.

Great strings

Perfect choice for down tuning. You can easily tune it down to D on a 6string guitar and not worry about anything. Great for djenting. loved the strings.

these strings sound great, very bright. tension wise they are usable down to drop g# if you don't mind fairly loose strings, and up to drop c if you like tight strings.

Great strings

I love these strings, I use them most on my baritone guitars, they sound great.

Solid, thick, tight

They are good for what they are intended for - lower tunings.

Only thing to be cautious about is if your nut and bridge saddles can fit the strings. Had to file the lowest string's saddle of my Floyd Rose a bit, but I feel it was worth it.

Otherwise great sound and feel under the fingers.

Perfect for low tunings

I insist on playing with a wound 4th string, which I usually have to buy seperately for other .012 sets. This string set basically has all the right string gauges for drop B or A tuning.

I play in drop C tuning, which this might be a little tight for, but I prefer that.

The "Go to" strings when it comes to B or Drop A tuning! Excellent sound!

Good quality strings

Good quality, nice feeling strings. They maintain their tuning well and last as good as any other strings. Great set for lower tuning.
