These are really good strings. Though the price isnt high the are durable and sound good. Absolutely nothing wrong with them.

The best strings I've ever seen

The best strings for standard tuning. I have been using it for 15 years and they have never let me down. They sound manageable at concerts, not to mention rehearsals and playing at home.

They give a "roar" when necessary and a drawl in the melody. On pure, the "body" of the sound is felt and they sound quite evenly from low to high. A lot of overtones.

It is strongly recommended to put it a day before the event, I do it myself. During this time, they stretch and assume a position for good playing without constantly tuning the guitar during a concert.

This is really what I was looking for.

Love these strings. For me they set a benchmark for anyone looking for great quality and tone, at a very affordable price. Every new guitar that comes in gets an automatic change of strings to these.

THE strings for electric guitar

Says it all in the title. I've been using these since forever and will probably keep using them forever. There's no match to the price vs quality of these. There may be some better strings in some department like durability, but overall Slinkys do the job just great for me. I only wish they lasted a little bit longer, but then again I know of no other regular nickel plated string set that would. And I've tried pretty much all of them.

Great springs.

They're cheap, sound great, feel great.

For me they even last a long time (We're talking several months with a lot of playtime) - Mind you, I don't get sweaty hands.

Great budget strings

I honestly couldn't care less about strings. I've had cheap ones and expensive ones, and for some reason cheap strings last much longer for me. Sound from strings on an electric guitar isn't that important to me, since pickups, amp and pedals have a much greater influence on the sound than just strings. Always keep a couple of these in my guitar case.
