My favourites
I will buy these strings for life, they are so nice. Great feel (who wants to bend with 10s or 11s) and they sound great too.
Why use any other ?
Ive been using these for 45 years and the contribute to my overall sound -
10/10
Für starke bendings
Ob B.B.King oder Hendrix, diese Saiten halten große Strapazen aus und klingen einfach toll.
Great electric guitar strings
I've used Ernie Ball strings for quite a while, mainly heavier guage ones though. I wanted to try something lighter to make vibrato and bends more effortless.
So far, so good. Easy to play, and the tone does not seem too thin. Plus, they are staying in tune as well as you could expect.
Whether I stick with these, or eventually go back to heavier strings will take time to determine. I was concerned about tuning stabilty and lack of tone, but as far as I can hear, these seem good, and should be easier on the fingers.
Good strings for light sounds
Good reliable quality and tone..
I have been using these strings on several guitars for the past 3 years and I am very happy with the sound and the durability of the product.
The price is also very reasonable!
Really easy to play if you think that normal stings are too hard.
I got these because I was quite weak and I couldn't do barre chords on thicker strings and they work great for that reason. Hammer-ons and harmonics are more silent than on normal gauge strings. One thing I wasn't expecting but I'm impressed about is their resistance. Although I play guitar really violently, none of the stings have broken yet and I've been using them for about 2-3 months every 1-2 days. In conclusion, I think that they are a good choice if you're struggling with barre chords if you're new to them. Bends are also incredibly easy. I don't know how useful they are for stronger people though.
Theyâre thin strings.
I’m a new guitarist. I thought it was a good idea to get really thin strings. Maybe it is. I’m not gonna buy them again but quality and all that is top notch. They survived some severe plectrum digging in incidents. Nothing wrong with them, but I prefer thicker strings.
Good soft strings
Good strings for jazz lovers.
Slinky Dinky
These are my favourite strings for bends, you can even bend them with your dinky finger. They stay in tune and are aloud as 10's. There's no need to me a macho man and hurt yourself on 11's and 12's.
Great strings
There's nothing really to say, the strings are great and I use them all the time
Bon son et pratique pour les bends
Les cordes sont super souples et donc parfaites pour faire des solos.
je recommande si c'est ce que vous cherchez !
Ernie Ball has never failed me
I've been playing Ernie Balls for years, and the quality has always remained consistently good. I appreciate that they haven't changed their formula in decades -- it's a product that is well-made with no "surprises" caused from a change in manufacturing process etc. The strings feel great, are very durable, and have a crisp and clear sound.
Classic for a reason
These are the slinkiest of the slinky family. Billy Gibbons uses them, and so do lot's of players with a meaty sound, They'll break easier if your guitar is not set-up properly. Also they tend to oxidize faster, but these are no Elixir. Soundwise they suit styles where you need to jump around the frets a lot with half chords and such.
my favorite strings
They outcompete all the brands I've tried (which are quite a few). they're also better than their coated counterpart, especially as they're 1/3 of the price
all time fav
I love them since they are easy for bending, and shredding
Perfect
My go to strings. Playability is outstanding. Can't believe I waited this long to switch gauges.
Good sounding strings, short lifespan
These strings are very good for playing fast and smooth. The tone is light, but amazing. Only downside is that the strings wear faster than previous ones I had.
