Love them

True, not for all acoustics. In my case - very good with all but one. Buy one set to check if it matches good with yours.

Amazing!

My Jumbo Epiphone sounds like a bell with this set of strings! I love it!

Absolutely lovely tone

I have been trying several different sets, having used mostly Elixir Nanowebs. The Aluminium Bronze sounded instantly better than anything else I’ve tried. Rich, warm tones and they seem to hold tuning better than anything else I’ve tried. They are 11 gauge so easy on the fingers too. These will be my go to from now on.

Holy moly!

Amazing! Was curious as to see what they’d sound like and feel, only had them on half an hour, had to play them in the kitchen to see how the really sound with good hard surface acoustics around. I will definitely be sticking to these strings in future! Tried all sorts and I’m very content that these have actually won me over in no time! Wow! Can’t say for quality yet but I don’t even care if they last that long with how nice they sound!

Like a bell

Used these strings on my guitar in the studio. They sound amazing, like walking into a wide open space.

Best strings EVER

This are totally my favourite acoustic guitar strings. I'm using them on a Santa Cruz DPW guitar, which is pretty top end. These strings last a long time but give me a nice bright tone with lots of high harmonics and are perfect for recording. I've found the high frequencies last well over time too and I haven't broken a string yet although I change them fairly regularly depending on how much I'm using the guitar at the time.

My other favorite strings are the Elixir Nanos, which sound great and feel great, but don't quite have that brightness. That may be the sound you're looking for or if you're looking for really long lasting then the Polyweb is your best friend. Those last for a very long time and are worth the extra cost, but they are dull in the top end for my ears and also the thicker coating doesn't feel as nice to play on in my opinion.

I've also tried the Santa Cruz Parabolic tension strings, which are also very nice and play very well. These sound similar to the Elixir Nanos and I'm just looking for something with a little bit more clarity. The EB Aluminium Broze strings are my go to string and give me everything I need for recording. For standard tuning, I'm using the 11-52 and find it the best balance of tone, feel and durability. If there is a better string out there, I haven't found it.
