Initially the difference in tone and volume between the wound bass strings and black nylon treble strings is huge.

It does even out in two weeks of active playing (average 1,5 hours per day) but even then the tone is dull compared to D’Addario Pro Arte strings.

Unless you have a super bright and treble heavy guitar you are better off buying a different set.
