I love this product. Fits my needs in the studio perfectly

Using it for OBS streaming to a TC DB MAX broadcast processor. It works like a charm. Very good product.

Perfect for my use

I needed a sound card with a coaxial out, this was the ceapest I could find to get 24 bits/48 khz, and it works exactly as expected, so I'm happy with it !

Worked perfectly with macos mojave

This card worked perfectly out of the box, no need for drivers. Sound sounded good to me and inputs worked fine on macos mojave.

Just the Job

I wanted a simple, affordable A/D converter for use with my outboard microphone preamps to avoid passing the signal through yet another preamp on my usual audio interface, and the ESI U24XL does the job well. The sound recorded is good, as is the sound out for monitoring. Good value.

If you get it working, it's very good

I don't know if it's my computers USB drivers or the ESI unit that is at fault here, but I was getting constant Blue Screens at first when using the device. It still crashes occasionally and loses sound, no blue screens for a while (they only seem to happen if I connect the device while the computer is turned on).

Sound is very good and clear. S/pdif works without problems with my Kemper Profiler.

Overall a good alternative if you need nothing but D/A and s/pdif recording. But not for much more money I'd suggest getting the Focusrite Scarlett 2i4, much more stable drivers and more i/o (and better customer support).
