Evans 10" EC2S SST Clear

Good product, excelent sound and durability.

Evans quality!

To me it sound very similar to a Remo Pinstripe, but with a little more sustain while mantaining that shorter/punchy sound. Still need to hear them in a few different comntext but for now I'm very satisfied!

Evans drum skins are top quality. The sound is perfect, they are durable and last long. I would highly recommend Evans over and above any other skin brand.

I recently switched to Hydraulic batters for all my toms; the EC2s are a classic looking and sounding clear tom batter, but the hydraulics for me are a lot rounder and fuller sounding. They decay quicker than the EC2s clears, so for my taste hydraulics are perfect. But, if you prefer longer decay and a slightly more complex set of fine overtone options in tuning, then I couldn't recommend the EC2s skins more.

The EC2 heads are my all time go-to heads. I love my toms to pack a punch, with lots of smack but still with a clear tone and pitch. This head delivers exactly what I'm looking for, and it looks damn good while at it too. Highly recommended!
