Very nice and durable drum head!

I've been using these heads in the studio and during gigs, and I like them a lot! They are consistently reliable and last a long time.

Evans!

Evans drum skins are top quality. The sound is perfect, they are durable and last long. I would highly recommend Evans over and above any other skin brand.

I recently switched to Hydraulic batters for all my toms; the EC2s are a classic looking and sounding clear tom batter, but the hydraulics for me are a lot rounder and fuller sounding. They decay quicker than the EC2s clears, so for my taste hydraulics are perfect. But, if you prefer longer decay and a slightly more complex set of fine overtone options in tuning, then I couldn't recommend the EC2s skins more.

Proper good old Evans.

My favourites by far :-)

Great head

I still had the custom heads on my toms and i changed them with (also my floor tom) with this ones. Now they sound so much better, i use them in combination with a moongel, now my toms have a dream sound for me. Best cheap upgrade i could do.

great drum head

an excellent product by evans. i use it for years. the sound is superb, if i may say so.

easy to tune, very durable, it has nice attack, sustain and it fits to almost any genre of music.

no need for moon gel etc, for it is a 2 ply head with some kind of oil between two plies. and that is really a good thing.

if you are looking for multitask drum head, this is the one for you.

Great sound!

Used the head on a 12" Tama Superstar Hyperdrive tom and sounds brilliant!! Great deep sounding tom - head compliments it very well !!
