Tolles (Resonanz) Fell!

Ich benutze dieses Fell als Reso Fell auf meiner Floortom, manche würden denken, dass dieses Fell zu dick dafür ist, aber bei mir funktioniert das Wirklichkeit. Fetter Sound mit angenehm langen Sustain mit warmen Obertönen.

Attack with a rich warm sound, Great head

Overall a really good tom head.

I got past the muffled tom stage of my life and now I love letting my drums ring. This head has a good middle ground for that. Excellent attack, just the right amount of warm overtones and great balanced volume on my Sonor drums. I use it in conjuncture with a G1 clear on the bottom. Overall a great purchase! Very durable and holds tuning.

This head really sings with your drums, you can't go wrong with it and the coating doesn't cheap away as quickly.

I have been experimenting a lot with different drum heads to find a suitable sound for my playing style. I have found the G2 coated very versatile as it is very easy to tune and delivers a punchy yet warm sound.

Pros:

Cons:

As with other coated heads, they tend to look "dirty" after some time

I would recommend this head for those who prefer warm sounding drums but at the same achieving a decent punch. The work great in the studio and in live situations.

Kept my floor tom in check

I recently (foolishly) swapped one of these out for a remo clear coat head. Big mistake. This really kept the chaotic floor tom sound in check, especially if you want more of a thud. The clear head just resonates too much.

Warm and rounded tone

I bought this drum head to replace the factory head on a new floor tom. This head gives a much deeper resonance and improved tone. I use this type of head for all my toms, and couldn't be happier.

Great heads

Brilliant heads and easy to tune to any range?

Ping but boom

they have alot of resonance - are excellent for brushes and power hits alike but they do have a pingy overtone which can be great for cutting through a dense mix for certain heavier styles of music

Lovely tone

A really good, all round tom drum skin. Double ply for a nice thick, weighty sound but still punchy enough to cut through. It seems very durable and it was easy to install and tune. Recommended.

My personal choice number one. Good tone on every tuning i have used and fits perfectly for the rock and heavy music i am playing. Haven´t broken a single one of these heads, thought i hit the drums pretty hard. I will continue using these heads as i am satisfied with the sound and quality and price they provide. I can recommend these to every other drummer no matter what your genre is.

Great head

This head has improved the sound of my floor tom massively. I am delighted with it, and I like the double ply effect of killing the 'ring'. Get this if you like a nice tone without a crazy ring!

nothing beats G2

always had problems with the sound of my 16" floor tom, this skin gives a loud, warm sound and tunes perfectly!
