Evans ARF-7GM Practice Pad Reviews
Nice Bounce. Solid Pad
This pad is a great way to practice rudiments, play sheet music, or warm-up without annoying the family and neighbours. It is a rugged little pad. Just what I needed to get in some additional practice time.
Evans Practice pad
Perfect practice pad! feels very real and got a great rebound! the size is perfect not too big, not too small and you can take the practice pad anywhere you want in your backpack, Love it!
Cracking practice pad
Rebound is very realistic and provides a reliable basis for practice of rudiments and shuffles on the go
Very nice Pad!
Very nice pad! It has a very nice sound and rebound. I already practice at least more 20% a day because of that :D
It does feel great
First time ever I tried evans pads. Just wow. It feels almost like a real kit. Natural rebound. Excellent product, well made and not ridiculously expensive.
Good quality
Good quality, good rebound and I can attach it to any stand which is practical.
Great small pad for everyday use
Great bounce and easy to carry along. I am very sattisfied with this pad.
Compact, sturdy, good finish and good rebound
This pad size is perfect for a hybrid requirement of in-house practice and on-the-go practice. It is small enough to be put into a bag without inconvenience.
It has a convenient mounting screw, and I use the stand 'Millenium Practice Pad Stand 8mm' with it.
The pad indeed gives a real feel rebound.
Cannot comment on the non-slip bottom since I only use it with the stand.
Keep in mind that the pad is still quite loud when you hit it.
Great
This is the best pad in the market, mostly the pads are overpriced for the quality, but this one is durable and the best for the money.
Just awesome
Every drummer needs this!

I use it every day
Very good practice pad, just like the real thing!
Well, what can you say about this?
It feels like the real thing when practising while making almost no sound. It looks good. It's portable. Don't know what else you could wish for!
Practical and handy
It's very practical and easy to carry around,
Has a very good rebound feeling to it.
Did not find it helpful
Bought as my first pad.
Pro -- it is small
Cons -- it does not have enough weight to counterbalance stick hitting. I found it kind of jumping after each hit. Because of small size you can not put it on the laps.
After a couple months switched to 12 inches pad of the same manufacturer and absolutely happy since that.
I didn't bought it for me, I bought it for a friend of mine, but he said it works just fine.
Great help to get your rudiments without wrecking te neighbours head
This is a great product. Its compact as well as a solid build. very happy with it.
Use it everywhere
I bought this practice pad to train my technic even when my little daughter sleeps. I played with it in the kitchen, in the living room on the edge of my bed, where ever i want to.
Good basic practice pad
This is a basic pad just so I can use it in schools for pupils to warm up on. On reflection I find it quite hard and am not keen on the amount of vibration I get up the sticks. But for a quick 5 min warm up it works well
Great
Really useful being able to attach it to a stand. Nice rebound off the pad as well and its a good size as it fits in my medium size stick bag along with a couple of pairs of sticks.
It has a strip of grippy rubber underneath which goes all the way around which is good if your using it on a table
Perfect Practice Pad
I bought a few of this Evans Pads for my Music School.
Its just PERFECT for a begginer or for any drum player that wants to practice at home with very LOW NOISE.
Its very well build and it has a very nice rebound.
