The job

I used these with a solid mahogany top parlour guitar. The tone is pleasant and middle of the road. They needed replacing only after two months at over an hour a day of playing.

Good allrounders.

I'm not an acoustic player (hence the very light gauge I'm reviewing)but have an Epi EJ200 for hacking around now and then....I've tried both Bronze and Phosphor Bronze and these give a bit more depth to the sound than Bronze which is too bright for my taste on this big but relatively quiet instrument..durability is excellent, tuning stable, response even across the neck and I'm happy they bring out as much tone as is possible from a decent entry level plywood acoustic.....

Good, bright sound

These strings have a good, bright sound. I use them on a Fender acoustic guitar. When playing chords with a pick and playing hard, there is a similar effect as overdrive, there is a lot of high harmonics, a rich, but not too loud sound. I do not play a lot of Arpeggio, so I can not comment it.
