Great amp for home and small gigs

It is a great sounding amp. I use it at home for practice, you have a lot of sounds, some does not sound good, but most of them are really great. I use it for band practice as well, it is very loud

Good beginner amp

Good fender sound, would have liked to have some memory storage for settings but still a great amp for room and gig playing.

Pretty solid amp

The sound is really good and the different features are great. It gives you a good amount of options with really good sounds and all for a fair price.

Best amp for 200.

A really good amp. Amazing sound and quality and easy to use. You can also play loud if you want to. I wont need to buy another amp in a very long while!

10/10 (soon had the amp a year)

good value for money

some of the inbuilt effects are poor but reverbs are good and I tend to use it on green tweed voice with yellow spring reverb plus pedals! It is a good pedal platform and good value for money. I would recomend it to anyone who cant afford a tube amp like myself!

I gave this a 3 star general rating because its unfortunately useless for recording. It has a loud idle hiss that gets picked up by the mic. Its there whether the guitar is plugged in or not. Compressing a recorded signal from this amp would be impossible much less layering takes. If you're only using it as a practice amp or for chill live gigs then your good, but people with home studios stay away.

Im perfectly happy with Fender Champion 40 amp in my home studio. Love the super clean sound of it and the reverb FX style - those who in love with 60s sound should love this amp :D

- super clean sound, what i expect from an amp

- could be very loud - i use at minimum at home

- solid build/construction and sexy look

I recently ordered a Fender pedal to switch between channels. Let's see, how it will work together!

Ok

Fender Champion 40

If you want to play with clean sound in mind, it's a fantastic sounding combo, effects are stunning, tone control works, built-in speaker sounds just fine, headphone output included with stereo effects even dough amp is mono.

The down side are distortion effects, very digitally edgy to me in contrast to the nice sounding clean channel. All in all - good Fender amp for everybody who likes classic Fender Clean sound!
