Very good tele for the price

This tele is my first electric guitar and I must say I haven't been disappointed at all with this guitar. Great sound and all the right classic features mixed in with the right modern features. Mine has some small cosmetics imperfections but I think those just makes the guitar more unique.

For the price, you're getting a Ferrari

I owned and played a Squier for the longest time. The difference in playability and feeling from the Squier to this Player series beauty is absolutely noticeable. Any beginners or a few who know will play often, I would highly suggest buying this guitar over a cheaper one. If you try playing a cheaper guitar after playing this one for considerable time, you'll thank yourself you bought this one!

If you want a Tele, this is a Tele.

Pickups sound sweet, neck feels nice and fast and cleaning it is quick due to the finish on the fretboard (I thought I'd hate it but it's really nice), intonation and action is a breeze with the 6 saddles. Only issue I had was a very tightly stuck truss rod.

It's like a hassle-free Strat.

I've always had problems with Strats, the pickups and the tremolo would always be just 'off', I always had a feeling that the sound could/should be better. I just wanted to have a hassle-free guitar that I could play and not have to deal with tuning issues and intonation problems every time I changed the strings. I bought a cheap Harley Benton Tele to see what they were like. I was impressed but in the end I wanted a better quality instrument. I bought the Fender Player Tele and I absolutely love it. It looks gorgeous and sounds fantastic (great pickups). A very small set up out of the box (intonation) and then it played like a dream. No more whammy bar nonsense, just plain old rock 'n' roll and blues now (and hard rock, and metal, and country, and pop, and even a little bit of jazz, it can cover them all). Highly recommended.

Cool

Enjoyable guitar to play. Needed some fixing up. Lots of screws were loose or lost but I had spare. Stock strings are poor so buy the ones you want

I am very happy with this telecaster. The new pickups are very impressive. The guitar was perfectly set up out of the box. The range of tones is excellent. The finish on the guitar is faultless. I have no negative comments about this product.
