Da real strum buddy

I like this compact amplifier. It sounds awesome with the electric guitar and can be used with the bass and acoustic guitars as well. In particular, my HB ST-20 sounds awesome even at maximum volume, while my HB E-traveler makes some noize when crunch is switched on. Nevertheless, the acoustic guitar sounds quite nice at appropriate settings of the preamp.

Was looking for a simple way to practice with an e guitar wherever and whenever. This fits the bill completely. Haven't tried the other options out there as I'm completely happy with the Strum Buddy. It puts a smile on my face time and again.

Great toy for the casual electric guitar player

This is great for lazily sitting on the sofa having a bit of fun. When you want to play a little but don't want the hassle of getting an amp cabled up, this is a great toy. In no way is it a substitute for a practice amp, nor is it intended to be. However, it is the perfect thing when you want to be up and playing 5 seconds after picking up your guitar. I love it.
